I'm I listening to classical music the wrong way - I love to transpose it?

Maybe! If you want to seek the meaning of the music as intended by the composer, you should not transpose it - just listen! But if you want to learn about music in general, you should transpose and maybe play it your self on the piano. Often the composer has chosen the original key for a reason; for instance F major is by some considered to be green and happy – so transposing a piece in Eb major (golden and powerful) to F major can make the whole piece sound different, and you can analyze what you experience as a listener etc. :)
