I took 500 mg of Azithromycin. 3 hrs later I vomited pretty much everything in my stomach. Will it still work?

I am still suffering from what i believe to be the side affects of this drug?? throat ... My problem is since I started on the Felopidine I have been getting severe ... .. two 500mg of Clarithromycin tablets together instead of taking 1 twice a day! ... I feel horribly sick for a couple of hours after I take them, then about 3 hours late...

The next morning I woke up and my leg still hurt. ... . was put on 500 mgAzithromycin (a non-penicillin antibiotic) for 6 days. ... The other problem is that my stomach is so empty, that every time I try to eat, ... About 3 weeks later, I still had a sore throat and thought I better go to a Doctor. ... . Only on two 500mg of paracetamol every 6 hours, and one 500mg of azithromycin today, ... . Eat as much as you can when you can to prevent becoming so weak.
